Special Effects Design

Like millions of others, we were inspired seeing Star Wars and have carried that
inspiration into years of design of special effects across the evolving media spectrum, evolving from print special effects, to photographic layerings for Imagic’ innovative packaging, and ultimately into increasingly sophisticated game-based effects.

But we believe that visual stimulus is more profound that merely tweaking the mind’s eye, and that the ultimate goal is to understand the neuroscience of the human brain so that we can directly impact it through visual stimulus. Our work with government customers has been to this end, to understand how visual input, especially when combined with story and aural input, can ultimately shape human response. Our work with neuroscientists and advanced programs are helping us move forward in achieving this, which is ultimately a much more fully integrated visual effects vision.
