We also reach out to beginning artists and help them hone their skills. In addition to teaching plein aire classes at the Sanchez Art Center, we have taught painting seminars at the College of San Mateo, drawing and arts & crafts at Skyline College’s College for Kids.

We often conduct plein aire sessions for small groups involving memorable Bay Area landscape environments. Our goal in our teaching is to show as well as tell, typically creating a work live while instructing the class.
